Congratulations, Paula!!! So glad to see you tranformed into this new site and more. Wish you had called me while you were on Maui. I have a new studio space(was so embarassed when Bob Greene’s wife came to my old one that I had to redo)and am creating much wilder one of a kind art pieces and restoring old straw hats as well. Am still showing at the 4Seasons Resort Wailea once a week and loving it there. This week Mary Charles and Associates are sending me and my assistant to Lanai to do a luncheon for the Boeing Aircraft execs wives.
Have not done ‘Oahu for awhile and certainly cannot handle Made in Hawaii after my 2 surgeries, but am looking for an event to feature my one of a kind cocktail hats. Please check out my blog and I do update it. Please do let me know if there are any events(especially love an nonprofit to gain)you think my cocktail hats would do well at. They are WILD and run $200 -$500, my classics run $185 to $1500(vintage Philippine Palm no longer available). My biz name will change to CHAPEAUX EMI MAUI and will soon be in ART GUIDE. Would you like me to send you one when it comes out in February?
Also, if there are any events worth coming to like TEMARI, let me know will you? Just returned from Hilo where I found amazing embellishments, plus just spent $6000 on supplies(eBay one at a time) ! I am OBSSESSED!
